Kris Allen - American Idol 2009 Winner

Kris Allen beated Adam Lambert in the grand finale of the American Idol Season 8 with a record breaking of over 100 million votes.

Adam Lambert, who was known for his theatrical and powerful voice and was seemingly the judges favorite particularly on the last performance night was knocked off by Kris Allen. He had proven that the "Underdog" or "Darkhorse" comes back to win the title.

After millions of people auditioned on the most talked about reality show in the US "American Idol Season 8", the top 2 finalist was revealed with over 88 million votes gathered.

Last person voted out was Danny Gokey from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Who will be the next American Idol? Is it Kris Allen of Conway, Arkansas or Adam Lambert of San Diego, California.



Season 8 ender will be aired next week in a 2 part series. Who's your bet? Who's fate will end? And who will walk in fame?

Beer Contains Female Hormones

Warning!!! To the men who drinks beer to much.

Last month, National University of Lesotho scientists released the results of a recent analysis that revealed the presence of female hormones in beer.

Men should take a concerned look at their beer consumption. The theory is that beer contains female hormones (hops contain phytoestrogens) and that by drinking enough beer, men turn into women.

To test the theory, 100 men drank 8 pints of beer each within a 1 hour period. It was then observed that 100% of the test subjects:
1) Argued over nothing.
2) Refused to apologize when obviously wrong.
3) Gained weight.
4) Talked excessively without making sense.
5) Became overly emotional.
6) Couldn't drive.
7) Failed to think rationally.
8) Had to sit down while urinating.

No further testing was considered necessary.

Singapore Flyer - Not a Ferris Wheel

The "Singapore Flyer" which is currently considered as the world's highest observation wheel. It stands 165 meters high from the ground with a diameter of 150 meters. So, most likely you are in a 42-storey building. Unlike a regular Ferris wheel, it comes with 28 capsules - air conditioned - and said to contained as much as 28 persons. It cost S$29.50 for a 30 minutes ride.





The ride will bring you magnificent view most of Singapore and some parts of its neighboring countries: Malaysia and Indonesia.

Prison Break Heartthrob Wentworth Miller, Gay?

Prison Break heartthrob Wentworth Miller has been in a serious relationship with another actor Luke McFarlane for the past six months. As many of you remembers, McFarlane previously dated Grey’s Anatomy star T.R. Knight. A report claims, the handsome couple have been secretly dating for almost six months now but they’ve been very quiet about their relationship as Wentworth is not out of the closet.

Things between the pair are so serious that the couple are talking about moving in together.

A source close to the pair tells gossip guru Perez Hilton. “They spend a lot of time at each other’s houses. Wentworth has been pretty reclusive since he’s become famous and he’s been even more of a shut-in since he started dating Luke.”

Wentworth has previously denied rumours that he is gay.

Lindsay Lohan, a part-time Paparazzi

Lindsay Lohan is back in the public eye and loving it. In fact on this pictures she borrowed a Paparazzi Camera and snap, snap, snap some pictures… It only tells us that the Prickled Blond Lohan is relaxed and comfortable being surrounded by so many cameras and she’s loving it.

Britney Spears' used tissue on bidding

If it takes your fancy, you can bid on a tissue/Kleenex as used by Britney Spears. Seriously. This item was picked up in Britney’s hotel room in 2003 and stashed in a plastic sandwich bag immediately afterwards. Chances are, she'd been crying all over it and it smells of booze.



Anyway, she apparently wiped her nose on it and you'll be thrilled to know that the plastic bag has not been opened since the tissue was placed in it by a hotel maid cleaning Britney’s room.

July 2007 FHM Cover Girl : Joyce Jimenez

Joyce Jimenez the original "Pantasya ng Bayan" made a grand comeback to the showbiz industry as the cover girl of FHM Philippines July 2007 issue.It has been reported earlier that 165,000 copies were printed for distributions. Banners were being set-up along Metro Manila for public viewing.

Joyce revealed on her interview that she underwent diet and smart liposuction for this project. Guys, grab on the latest issue of FHM to witness Joyce Jimenez as she unveiled and pose once again in front of the camera.
